Broward County 2017 Halloween Events

Looking for something fun to do with the family this Halloween? We've got a list of all the Halloween events leading up until the 31st. These events will be taking place throughout Broward County and are typically free for everyone to enjoy.
Long Key Natural Area & Nature Center, 3501 S.W. 130th Ave. in Davie, FL, 954-357-8797 will be holding a number of events including:
- Monsters of Nature - Enjoy Monsters of Nature this Saturday and Sunday, October 14 & 15 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. This event is for children ages 3-10. There will be a $5 fee per child. Pre-registration is not required.
- Trick-or-Treat Family Fun Night - Will be held Friday and Saturday, October 27 & 28 from 6-9 p.m. This event is for children ages 3-10 years old. Pre-registration is suggested but required, however, there is a $5 fee per child.
Anne Kolb Nature Center, 751 Sheridan St. in Hollywood, FL, 954-357-5161, will be holding a Hallo-Green event on Saturday, October 21, from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. This event is free for all ages and just asks $2 per person to participate. Pre-registration is not required.
T.Y. (Topeekeegee Yugnee) Park, 3300 N. Park Rd. in Hollywood, FL, 954-357-8811, is hosting a Spooktacular 5K Road Race on Sunday, October 29 from 7 a.m.-noon. This event is for all ages and fees will range from $5 to $40 depending on which event you participate in. - For all ages. Fees: You must pre-register by 6 a.m. on race day.
Fern Forest Nature Center, 201 Lyons Rd. South in Coconut Creek, FL 954-357-5198, is having a Ghosts & Goblins Family Fun Night on Friday, October 27 from 6-8 p.m. This event is only for children ages 2-11. Certain activities will require a fee, but pre-registration is not required.
Secret Woods Nature Center, 2701 W. State Rd. 84, Dania Beach, 954-357-8884, is where you can join A Creature's Trick-or-Treat! This event will be held on Sunday, October 29 from 5-7 p.m. This trick or treat event is for children ages 2 and older. The fee is $5 per person and you must pre-register.
